AN ORDINANCE FOR THE LEVY OF TAXM
FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR
Whereas the City Council of the City of McHenry, County of McHenry,and State of
Illinois, did on the 16th day of July A. D., 1951, pass the Annual Appropriation for said
City for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 19510 the amount of which is ascertained to be

the aggregate sum of One Hundred Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty -Six and No/100
Dollars 4103036.00), which said Appropriation Bill was duly published on the 26th day
of July, A. D., 1953., Now, Therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois,
that there be and its hereby levied upon all taxable property within the corporate limits
of said City for the year 1951, the total sum of Twenty -Eight Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-

Eight Dollars and fifty cents ($28,268.50) for the following specific purposes mentioned
in said Appropriation Bill and in the respective sums as follows, to -wit:
