SECTION I:
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Caunc -1 of the City of
That the public interest of the City of McHenry will be
served by vacating Lake Avenue from the North side of Lincoln Avenue
and Grand Avenue southwesterly from the West side of Lake Avenue of
Lake View Addition to the City of McHeru yR and it is the decision and
detsrmination of the City Council of the City of McHenry that the
public use and interest to be served is such as to warrant the vacating
of said streets.
SECTION IIt
That Lake Avenue from the North side of Lincoln Avenue and
Grand Avenue southwesterly frown the West side of Lake Avenue of Lake View
Addition to the City of McHenry are hereby vacated as public streets and the
same shall no longer constitute or be considered as streets of the City
of McHenry.
SECTION' III. -
All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION IV t
This Ordinance shall take effect and shall be in force from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
