SWTION I:
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A STREM
BE IT ORDUM, by the City Council of the City of McHenry:
That the public interests of the City will be served by vacating
an unnamed street located west of the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad
Right of Way and south of Out Lot 7 of the city of McHenry, and it is the
decision and determination of the city council of the city of McHenry that
the public use and interest to be served is such as to warrant the vacation
of said street.
SMTION Its
That the unnamed street located West of the Chicago and North-
western Railroad Right of Way and south of the Out Lot 7 of the city of
McHenry is hereby vacated as a public street and the same shall no longer
constitute or be considered as a street of the city of McHenry.
SBOTION Ills
All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SFDTION IV:
This Ordinance shall take effect and shall be in force from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
