BE IT C1RDAI12D, by the City Counoll of the City of M aRenrys
that the pablio interests of the City will be served by vacating
Rest Street of the City of malienry, mid it is tho decision and determination
of the City Oonncil of the City of McHenry that the public use and interest
to be served is such as to warrant the vacation of said street.
SECTION II:
That Rsst Street of the City of McHenry is hereby vacated as a
public street and the same shall no longer oonstitute or be considered as
a street of the City of NoHenry,
SECTIOR III:
All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict v4tn this
Ordinance are hereby repealed,
SECTION IT:
This Ordinance shall take effect and shall be in force from and
after Its passage and approval according to law.

of said City on the 5th day of October, A. D. 1942, and now
remaining on file in my office.
