Uhereas the City Council of the City of 1 oHenry, in the County of
McHenry and State of Illinois, did on the 7th day of July, A. D. 1941, pass
the Annual Appropriation for said City for the fiscal year beginning 1.:ay 1st,
1941, the amount of which is ascertained to be the aggregate sum of Fifty-four
Thousand Six Hundred Forty-one (IW54,641.00) Dollars, which said Appropriation
Bill was duly published on the lOth day of July, A. D. 1941, now therefore,
B3 IT ORDAINM by the City Council of the City of McHenry, McHenry
County, Illinois, that there be and is hereby levied upon all taxable property
within the cort,orate limits of said City for the year 1941, the total sum of
Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred 2ighty (413,580.00) Dollars for the following
specific purposes mentioned in said appropriation .3ill and in the respective
sums as follows, to -wit:
