AN ORDINANCE FOR 'PEE LEVY OF TAX
FOR ME CURRENT FISCAL YUR
Vibreas the City Council of the City of McHenry, in the County of
AbBenry and State of Illinois, did on the 1st day of duly, A. D. 19409 pass
the Annual Appropriation for said City for the fiscal year beginning My 1st,
1940, the amount of which is ascertained to be the aggregate span of Forty-
three Thousand Three Hundred Six (W,506.00) Dollars, which said Appropriation
Bill was duly published on the day of July, A. D. 1940, now therefore,
BE IT WMAr= by the City Counai 1 of the City of NbRenry, JbHenry
County, Illinois, that there be and is hereby levied upon all taxable
property within the corporate limits of said City for the year 1940, the
total sum of Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred Twenty (#15,620.00) Dollars for
the following specific purposes mentioned in said Appropriation Bill and in
the respective sums as follows, to -wit:
