FOR TH^ CURRENT FISCAL Y3AR
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF the City of McHenry, Illinois;
SECTION 1. That it is deemed necessary in order to defray the necessary expenses
and liabilities of said City for the current fiscal year, that there be and there
hereby is appropriated to provide for by the general tax levy and other revenues
for the current fiscal year, the aggregate sum of Forty-three Thousand Three
Hundred Six ($43,306.00) Dollars; that the object and purpose for which said appro-
priation is made and the amounts appropriated for the same are as follows, to wit;

SECTION 2. All unexpended balances of any item or items of any general
appropriation made by this Ordinance may be expended in making up any in-
sufficiency in any item or items in the sane general appropriation and for
the same general purposes or in a like appropriation made by this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication, according to law.
