SI:CTI01; 1. That it is deemed necessary in order to defray
the necessary expenses and liabilities of said City for the current
fiscal year, that there be and there hereby is appropriated to provide
for by the general tax levy and other revenues for the current fiscal
year, the aggregate sun of Thirty-four thousand eighty hundred thirty-six
($34,836.00) Dollars; that the object and purpose for which said
appropriation is made and the amounts appropriated for the same are as
