AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS
OF CHAPTER 13, TRAFFIC AND MOTOR VEHICLES,
OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1: That Section 13-501 STOP STREETS ESTABLISHED in the City
of McHenry Municipal Code shall be amended by adding the following stop
streets:
Stop Street Intersecting Street
Dartmoor Drive (EB/WB) Waters Edge Drive
SECTION 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision
of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00)
nor more than Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) for each offense
committed on each day during, or on which, a violation occurs or continues.
