MC-97-673 AN ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 4-6(4), of the Municipal Code of the City of McHENRY, Illinois, is hereby amended to read as follows: Class F license, which shall authorize the sale at retail of alcoholic liquors in packages only, and no consumption thereof shall be permitted on the premises. Effective April 1, 1993 the annual fee for such license shall be One Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($1,100) . No more than seven (7) Class F licenses shall be in force and effect within the City at any time. SECTION 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) for each offense committed on each day during, or on which, a violation occurs or continues. SECTION 3. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the terms and provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law. PASSED and APPROVED this 23rd day of April, 1997. AYES: Bolger.
