AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 26-2 of the City of McHenry Municipal Code
relating to connection to the City's water system shall be amended by
increasing each amount listed under the column headed "Permit Fee" for a
"Diameter of Pipe Tap at Water Main", from $150.00 to $250.00 effective
August 1, 1994.
SECTION 2. Section 26-104 of the Municipal. Code relating to
sanitary sewer connection to the City's sewerage system shall be amended
by increasing the amount of the Permit and Inspection Fee from $150.00
to $250.00 effective August 1, 1994.
SECTION 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision
of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Twenty Five Dollars
($25.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars for each offense committed
on each day during, or on which, a violation occurs or continues.
SECTION 4. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the
terms and provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by
and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of.
McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect. from
and after its passage, approval and publication, as probided by law.
