An Ordinance Amending Section 13-1225-A,
Parking for Medically Handicapped Persons,
of the McHenry Municipal Code
BE IT ORDAINED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF McHENRY,
McHenry County, Illinois, as follows:
SECTION 1: That Section 13-1225-A, Parking for Medically
Handicapped Persons, of the McHenry Municipal Code shall be amended
to add the following: '
Kane Avenue north side of Kane Avenue, 950 feet west of
the Kane Avenue and Green Street intersection.
Main Street near the alley to the west of the building, in
front of 3926 W. Main St.
SECTION 2: That Section 13-1225-A, Parking for Medically
Handicapped Persons, of the McHenry Municipal Code shall be further
amended to delete the following:
Main Street the parking space on the south side of the
street abutting the west side of the entrance
to the City Parking Lot.
SECTION 3: If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause,
sentence or provision of this Ordinance shall be adjudged by any
Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall
not affect, impair, invalidate or nullify the remainder thereof,
which remainder shall remain and continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form (which
publication is hereby authorized) as provided by law.
