AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 13-1222 of Chapter 13 of the City of McHenry
Municipal Code, commonly known as the Traffic and Motor Vehicle Ordinance,
relating to "No Parking At Any Time", is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following subsection 12.3:
"12.3 LAKEWOOD ROAD at the southernmost portion in the turnaround
area."
SECTION 2: Section 13-1104 is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following additional stop street:
STOP STREET INTERSECTING STREET
Albany Street (westbound) Front Street (IL. Route 31)
SECTION 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of
this ordinance shall be fined not less than Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) nor
more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense committed on each
day during, or on which, a violation occurs or continues.
SECTION 4. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the
terms and provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and
under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry,
Illinois.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
