AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section VIC6(h) of the Subdivision Control Ordinance,
City of McHenry, pertaining to the City Clerk's Certificate is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"CITY CLERK'S CERTIFICATE
STATE OF ILLINOIS)
) SS.
COUNTY OF McHENRY)
I, , City Clerk of the
City of McHenry, Illinois hereby certify that 'the annexed
Plat was presented to and by resolution duly approved by
the City Council of said City at its meeting held
on , 19 , that all dedications to
the City of McHenry, Illinois depicted thereon were
accepted by the City Council on said date, and that the
required bond or other guaranty has been posted for the
completion of the improvements required by the regulations
of said City.

SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the
terms and provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and
under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry,
Illinois.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
