ORDINANCE NO. MC-92-584
AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5-4 of the Municipal Code, City of McHenry,
Illinois, is hereby amended by increasing the fees for the following
licenses by the amounts hereinafter indicated:
Motion picture and theatricals . . . . . . . . . . $ 80.00 annual fee
Skating rink . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 50.00 annual fee
Carnival . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 100.00 per day
SECTION 2. Section 11-19 of the Municipal Code, City of McHenry,
Illinois, is hereby amended by changing the annual license fee for food
dealers to $30.00.
SECTION 3. Section 11-39 of the Municipal Code, City of McHenry,
Illinois, is hereby amended by changing the annual restaurant license fee to
$30.00.
SECTION 4. Section 11-51 of the Municipal Code, City of McHenry,
Illinois is hereby amended by changing the annual license fee for milk
vending machines, milk dealers and milk delivery vehicles to $200.00 per
license/vehicle.
SECTION 5. Section 11-62 of the Municipal Code, City of McHenry,
Illinois, is hereby amended by changing the annual fee for food delivery
licenses to $50.00 per vehicle.
SECTION 6. Section 11-121 of the Municipal Code, City of McHenry,
Illinois is hereby amended by changing the annual fee for each vehicle used
in the scavenger business in the City of McHenry, Illinois to $100.00.
SECTION 7. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of
this ordinance shall be fined not less than Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) nor
more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense committed on each
day during, or on which, a violation occurs or continues.
SECTION 8. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the
terms and provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
SECTION 9. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and
under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry,
Illinois.
SECTION 10. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
