AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4-6(1) of the Municipal Code, City of McHenry,
Illinois be and the same is hereby amended by decreasing the number of Class
"A" Liquor Licenses from twenty-two (22) to twenty-one (21).
SECTION 2. Section 4-6(6) be and the same is hereby amended by
decreasing the number of Class "H" Liquor Licenses from three (3) to two
(2)•
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the
terms and provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and
under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry,
Illinois.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
