AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NCHENRY, NCHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 13-1211 of the ordinance regulating traffic and
motor vehicles in the City of McHenry, Illinois, which provided for City
Employee Parking Only located at the rear of 1111 N. Green Street is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. Section 13-1226.B.2. which provided! for 15 minute parking
on Green street in the southernmost 4 parking spaces in front of 1111
N. Green Street is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. Section 13-1228.3. which provides for two hour parking in
certain locations in the City, be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
3. GREEN STREET both sides from Pearl Street to Waukegan Road,
except those locations posted otherwise.
SECTION 5. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of
this ordinance shall be fined not less than Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) nor
more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense committed on each
day during, or on which, a violation occurs or continues.
SECTION 6. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the
terms and provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
SECTION 7. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and
under the aut ority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry,
Illinois.
SECTION 8. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its approval and publication, as provided by law.
