AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 16-48(f) and (g) of the Municipal Code, City of
McHenry, is heFeby amended to read as follows:
(f) KNOX PARK SWIMMING POOL. The admission charge for the use of
e Knox Park Swimmi-n-g—Fool will be as follows:
(1) Rental of Entire Pool:

Sundays from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m.
(2 lifeguards and 1 concession
worker included)
(2) Daily Pool Admissions:
Persons under 18 years of age
Persons 18 years and older
Wading Pool (parent and child 3
and under)
(3) Season Pool Passes:
Persons under 18 years of age
Persons 18 years and older

SECTION 2. Any person, firm or
