AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 13-1210(A) of Chapter 13 of the
Municipal Code, City of McHenry, Illinois commonly known
as the Traffic and Motor Vehicle Ordinance of the City of
McHenry, Illinois, is hereby amended to read as follows:
(A) RIVERSIDE DR. both sides from approximately
300 feet south of Elm Street
to 200 feet north of Pearl
Street.
SECTION 2. Section 13-1210 is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following additional. angle parking
locations:
(D) PARR STREET west side, from Pearl Street to
Broad Street.
(E) COURT STREET east side, from Pearl Street to
Broad Street.
(F) BROAD STREET south side, between Court
Street and Park Street.
(G) PEARL STREET both sides, between Park Street
and Riverside Drive.
(H) PEARL STREET south side, from the back of
the curbing on the east side of
Green Street extended easterly
110 feet.
(I) COURT STREET west side, mid -block between
Pearl Street and Elm Street
beginning approximately 225
feet south of the back of the
curbing on the south side of
Court Street and extending
south a distance: of 70 feet.
SECTION 3. Any person, firm or corporation
violating any provision of this ordinance! shall be fined
not less than Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than
Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense committed
on each day during, or on which, a violation occurs or
continues.
SECTION 4. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in
conflict with the terms and provisions hereof, be and the
same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be published in
pamphlet form by and under the authority of the corporate
authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
