AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MC}1ENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 26-166(A)(1) and (2) of the
Municipal Code, City of McHenry, Illinois, pertaining to the
water and sewer capital development fee charged for
residential uses are hereby repealed and Sections
26-166(A)(1), (2) and (2.1) are hereby substituted in the
place thereof, as follows:
(1) Detached single-family residence:
WATER SEWER
Two bedroom or less S300 $ 876

Five bedrooms or more 666 1,945
(2) Attached single-family residence

r SECTION 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating
any provision of this ordinance shall be fined not less than
Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than Five 14undred
Dollars ($500.00) for each offense committed on each day
during, or on which, a violation occurs or continues.
SECTION_3_. All ordinances, or parts there(:)f,, in
conflict with the terms and provisions hereof, t-e and �.hE
same are hereby repealed to the extent of sl.ich -onf1 i:-t.
SECTION 4. 'Phis ordinance shall be published rn
pamphlet form by and under the authority of the corporate_
authorities of the City of McHenry, lllinois.
SECTION5. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
