AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 4-6(2) of the Municipal Code, City of McHenry,
Illinois be and the same is hereby amended by increasing the number of Glass
"B" Liquor Licenses from six (6) to seven (7).
SECTION 2: All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith be
and t e same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and
under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry,
Illinois.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
PASSED this 15th day of March, 1989.
