RESOLUTION
A resolution authorizing a representative to
sign grant documents for the Elevated Water
Storage Tank Project
WHEREAS, application provisions for State Grants require that the City of
McHenry authorize a representative to sign the grant application forms and
supporting documents, as well as the grant agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FIRMLY RESOLVED by the McHenry City Council
that Mayor Cuda is hereby authorized to sign grant application, forms, and
documents for the Elevated Water Storage Tank Project in the amount of $500,000.
Passed and Approved this 22nd day of March, 2000.
