AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Sections 26-176 and 26-177 of Chapter 26, Division 6
(Storm ewers) of the Municipal Code, City of McHenry, Illinois, are
hereby transferred to Chapter 7 (Buildings and Building Regulations) and
added thereto as Article XV Storm Sewers and renumbered in consecutive
order as Sections 7-215 and 7-216 respectively and Sections 26-178
through 26-187 of Chapter 26 are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Any person, firm or

SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
