AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 13-1108 of Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code, City
of McHenry, Minois, commonly known as the Traffic and Motor Vehicle
Ordinance of the City of McHenry, Illinois be and the same is hereby amended
by deleting therefram the following no right turn on red light location:
Eastbound traffic on McCullan Lake Road at Richmond Road.
SECTION 2. Section 13-1104 of Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code, City
of McHenry, Illinois, cammonly known as the Traffic and Motor Vehicle
Ordinance of the City of McHenry, Illinois be and the same is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following additional stop street:

SECTION 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provi si on of
this ordinance -shall be fined not less Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) nor more
than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense cammitted on each day
during, or on which, a violation occurs or continues.
SECTION 4. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the
terns and prove si ons hereof, be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and
under the au on ty of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry,
Illinois.
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect fran and
after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
