AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4-6(5) of the Municipal Code, City of McHenry,
Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended by increasing the number of
Class "G" Liquor Licenses from two (2) to three (3).
SECTION 2. Section 4-6(6) of the Municipal Code, City of McHenry,
Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended by decreasing the number of
Class "H" Liquor Licenses from four (4) to three (3).
SECTION 3. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith he
and t e same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and
under t e aut ority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry,
Illinois.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
