AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NcHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 2-186 of Article VII of the Municipal Code, City of
McHenry, Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended so as to increase the
number of the McHenry Historic Landmark Commission members from eleven (11)
to twelve (12).
SECTION 2: All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the
terms an provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and
under the au ority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry,
Illinois.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval as provide by law.
