A resolution authorizing a representative to
sign grant documents for the Central
Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion
Project
WHEREAS, application provisions for State Grants require that the City of
McHenry authorize a representative to sign the grant application forms and
supporting documents, as well as the grant agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FIRMLY RESOLVED by the McHenry City Council
that Mayor Cuda is hereby authorized to sign grant application, forms, and
documents for the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Project in the
amount of $500,000.
Passed and Approved this 9 day of January, 2000.
