AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4-6(4) of the Municipal Code, City of McHenry,
Illinois, - — be and the same is hereby amended by decreasing the number of
Class "F" Liquor Licenses from four (4) to three (3).
SECTION 2. Section 4-6(5) of the Municipal Code, City of McHenry,
Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended by decreasing the number of
Class "G" Liquor Licenses from three (3) to two (2).
SECTION 3. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith be
and t e same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4. Thi s Ordi nance shal 1 be publ i shed i n pamphl et form by and
under the aut ority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry,
Illinois.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
