AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY,
McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4-6 0) of the Municipal Code, City of
McHenry, Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended by increasing the
number of Class "A" Liquor Licenses from nineteen (19) to twenty-one
(21 ) effective May 1, 1 987 .
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in confl ict
herewith be an the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such
confl ict .
SECTION 3. This Ord nance shal 1 be publ i shed in pamphl et form by
and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of
McHenry, Ill inois.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publ ication as requi red by 1 aw.
