AN ORDINANCE
RE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Mc HENRY, Mc HENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS as follows:
SECTION 1 . The following Sections of the Municipal Code, City of
McHenry, Illinois, pertaining to Officers and Employees, be and the same
are hereby repeal ed , to wit:
?.-65, 2-72, 2-73(a) through (i ), ?-74, 2-74.1 , 2-74.2, 2-75, 2-76,
2-76.1 , 2-76.2, 2-74, 2-80, ?-81 , 2-82, ?-83, ?-83.1 , 2-84, 2-84.1 ,
2-84.2., 2-85 and 2-85.1 .
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the
terms and provisions hereof, he and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by
and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of
Pic Henry, Ill inois.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after —its passage, approval and publ ication as provided by 1 aw.
