AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY, Mc HENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 13-2.03 of the City of McHenry ordinance
regulating traffic and motor vehicles in the City of McHenry, Illinois,
he and the same is hereby amended by changing the annual license fee for
the following motor vehicles to the slims respectively indicated:
Public passenger vehicles and buses (except vehicles
otherwise designated as school buses) with a capacity
of over seven (7) persons . . . . . . . . . . $?7.00
Public passenger vehicles and buses (except vehicles
otherwise designated as school buses) with a capacity
of seven (7) persons or less . . . . . . . . $?3.00
Automobile dealer - for rental purposes (the first 5
vehicl Ps) . . . . . . . . . . . $40.00
Aiitomohil a dealer - for rental purposes (for each
vehicle in excess of 5) 1 1 . . . . . . . . $ 8.00
School buses of all sizes and capacities . . . . . . . . . . $10.00
Replacement sticker . . . . . . . . $ 1.50
SECTION 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision
of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Twenty Five Dollars
($25.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars (3500.00) for each offense
committed on each day during, or on which a violation occurs or continues.
SECTION 3. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the
terms and provisions hereof, he and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such confl ict .
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall he published in pamphlet form by
and under tfie authority of the corporate authorities of the City of
McHenry, Ill inois.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
