AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY,
McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
Section 1. Section 4-6($) of the Municipal Code, City of McHen-
ry, Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended by increasing the num-
ber of Class "G" Liquor Licenses from one (1) to two (2).
Section 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict here-
with, be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such con-
flict.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by
and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of
McHenry, Illinois.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
