AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Effective December 31, 1987, Section 13-206 of "AN OR-
DINANC LA ING TRAFFIC AND MOTOR VEHICLES IN THE CITY OF McHENRY"
shall read as follows:
"13-206 REDUCTIONS. Vehicle license fees as prescribed in
Section 13-203 shall be reduced by 50% if the
vehicle is newly acquired by a resident or becomes
subject to license fees on or after January l."
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the
terms and provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by
and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of Mc-
Henry, Illinois.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
