AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 13-1217 of Chapter 13 of the
Municipal Code, City of McHenry, Illinois, commonly known
as the Motor Vehicle and Traffic Regulations Ordinance, be
and the same is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following no parking zones:
31. On the west side of Riverside Drive between
Elm and Pearl Streets on Thursdays from 6:30 a.m. to
7:30 a.m.
32. On the east side of Riverside Drive between
Elm and Pearl Streets on Fridays from 6:30 a.m. to
7:30 a.m.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published in
pamphlet form by and under the authority of the corporate
authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval as provided
by law.
