AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 4-6(5) of the Municipal Code, City of McHenry,
Illinois b and nd the same is hereby amended by increasing the number of
Class "B" Liquor Licenses from four to five.
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith,
be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by
and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of
McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
its passage, approval and publication as by law required.
PASSED this 6th day of July, 1983.
AYES: Nolan, Bolger, Datz, Busse, Snell, Serritella.
NAYES: None
ABSENT: McClatchey, Smith
