AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 13-1220 (a) of Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code,
which provides parking areas for medically handicapped persons, be and
the same is hereby amended by repealing the following location as a
parking area for medically handicapped persons:
(9) Park Street - three spaces in front of 1304 N. Park Street,
on Monday through Friday only between the hours of 11:30 a.m.
and 3:30 p.m.
SECTION 2. Section 1217 of Article XII, Chapter 13, of the Municipal
Code MC-78-141 of the City of McHenry, relating to Parking Rules, be and
the same is hereby amended by repealing the following paragraph:
(j) Four hour parking is allowed on both sides of the street on
Park Street, between Elm Street and Pearl Street.
SECTION 3. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith,
be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by
and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of
McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage, approval and publication as by law required.
