AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 13-602 (5) of Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code,
City of McHenry, Illinois, commonly known as the "Motor Vehicle and Traffic
Regulations Ordinance" be and the same is hereby amended by deleting para-
graph (a) in its entirety.
SECTION 2. Section 13-602 (6) of Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code is
hereby amended by adding the following paragraph thereto:
d) Westbound Illinois Route 120 from a point 1500 feet west of
Park Street to Dot Street.
SECTION 3. Any person, firm, association or corporation violating
Section 1 of this ordinance shall be fined not less than twenty dollars
($20.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet for by
and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of
McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication as by law provided.
