AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1217 of Article XII, Chapter 13, of the Municipal
Code MC-78-141 of the City of McHenry, relating to Parking Rules, be and
the same is herebyamended by adding the following as and for Paragraph 30
thereof:
(30) On the south side of Elm Street, from Third Street to the
Millstream Bridge. (5 spaces)
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith,
be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by
and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of
McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage, approval and publication as by law required.
PASSED this 30th day of August, 1982.
AYES: Nolan, Datz, Harker, Smith, Wieser, Serritella, Meurer.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Pepping.
