AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
McHENRY, McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 13-1220 (a) (2) of Chapter 13 of
the Municipal -code, City of McHenry, Illinois, which pro-
vides parking areas for medically handicapped persons,
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
2. Green Street- only the southern parking space
on the west side of the Green Street Bridge
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet
form by and under the authority of the corporate authorities
of the City of McHenry.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
from and after its passage, approval and publication in
pamphlet form.
PASSED this 16th day of November, 1981.
AYES: Nolan, Pepping, Datz, Harker, Wieser, Smith, Meurer,
Serritella.
NAYS: NONE.
ABSENT: NONE.
