AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 19-17 (1) of Chapter 19, Article II, of the City
of McHenry, Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
(1) That the solicitation shall be restricted solely to the
hours between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the date for
which the permit is granted.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and
under the authority of the corporate authorities.
SECTION 3. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the
terms hereof, are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
PASSED this 31st day of August, 1981.
