AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY,
McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 2-74 (b) of Chapter 2, Article IV, of the
City of McHenry, Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended by
adding the following sentence at the end of paragraph (b):
Performance appraisals for employees who have less
than one (1) year of service at the start of the
new fiscal year shall be conducted by the time that
employee reaches the eleventh (llth) month of ser-
vice.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form
by and under the authority of the corporate authorities.
SECTION 3. All ordinances, as parts thereof, in conflict with
the terms hereof, are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
