AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2-73 (a) of Chapter 2, Article IV, of the
City of McHenry, Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows:
(a) A normal work week for full-time employees shall
consist of forty (40) hours spread over not more than
six (6) work days in each calendar week.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by
and under the authority of the corporate authorities.
SECTION 3. All ordinances, as parts thereof, in conflict with the
terms hereof, are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
PASSED this 22nd day of June, 1981.

NAYS: Wieser, Smith.
