AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY,
McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 13-1220 (a) of Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code,
which provides parking areas for medically handicapped persons, be
and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following
additional location as a parking area for medically handicapped
persons:
(10) One parking space in front of 1228 North Green
Street abutting the fire hydrant no parking
area.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and
under the authority of the corporate authorities of theCity of McHenry.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form.
PASSED this 30th day of March, 1981.
