AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY,
McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 4-6 (5) of the Municipal Code, City of
McHenry, Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended by increa-
sing the number of Class B Liquor Licenses from two to three.
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict
herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of
such conflict.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet
form by and under the authority of the corporate authorities
of the City of McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
fect on May 1, 1981 as by law required.
