BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY COUNTY,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
AN ORDINANCE
SECTION 1. The Municipal Code, City of McHenry, Illinois, be and the
same is hereby amended by adding the following new Section as and for
Section III -A thereof:
SECTION III -A. Salaries for Elective Officers.
Tile City Clerk and City Treasurer of the City of McHenry
shall receive the salary hereinafter indicated:
City Clerk
City Treasurer
$18,000.00 per year
$ 1,500.00 per year
The aforesaid salaries shall be payable to said municipal officers
who are elected, in the 1981 and subsequent municipal elections.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by
and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry
and shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval
and publication as provided by law.
