AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MC HENRY, MC HENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Section 13-1217 of Chapter 13 of the Municipal
Code, commonly known as the "Motor Vehicle and Traffic Regulations
Ordinance " of the City of McHenry, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following as and for paragraph (f):
(f) The superintendent of public works shall erect or cause_
to be erected signs prohibiting parking on school days between
the hours of 8 am and 4 pm in the following locations:
(1) Allen Avenue for its entire length on
both sides of the street.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be published in phamplet
form by and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the
City of McHenry.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in phamplet form.
PASSED THIS 29TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1980.
