AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 13-1217 of Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code,
commonly known as the "Motor Vehicle and Traffic Regulations Ordinance"
of the City of McHenry, be and the same is hereby amended by adding there-
to the following as and for paragraph (g):
(g) The superintendent of public works shall erect or cause to be
erected signs prohibiting parking from the hours of 6:00 a.m.
to 6:00 p.m. in the following locations:
(1) On Riverside Drive, adjacent to 1312 N. Riverside Drive
SECTION 2. That all Ordinances in conflict with the terms and pro-
visions of this Ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed to the ex-
tent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by
and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form.
