HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - MC-80-193 - 09/15/1980 - ch 13 15 minute parkingMC No. MC-80- 193 AN ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows: SECTION 1: Section 13-1217 (e) of Chapter 13 of the Muni- cipal Code be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: (e) The superintendent of public works shall erect or cause to be erected signs indicating no parking in the following areas which are designated as loading zones, provided however that the maximum time for which any vehicle shall be allowed to park for loading or unload- ing on any given occasion shall not exceed 15 minutes: 1. 3308 PEARL STREET 2. RIVERSIDE DRIVE along the west side From a point 39 feet south of Elm Street to 60 feet south of Elm Street. SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry. SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form. PASSED this 15th day of September, 1980.
