AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 13-1901 of Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code, City of
McHenry, Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended by adding the following:
13-1217 NO PARKING ZONES.
(a)-15. Along the west side of Green Street north of Elm Street
between Elm and the south entrance to McHenry State Bank parking
lot.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances and parts thereof in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and
under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, Il-
linois.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval as required by law.
