AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
Section 1: Sections 13-1220 (a) (1) and (3) of
Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code, which provides for park-
ing for medically handicapped persons on certain portions
of Green Street, be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall be published in
pamphlet form by and under the authority of the corporate
authorities of the City of McHenry.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in pamphlet form.
